No. You forward your existing business number to the dedicated number we assign you. Your callers still dial your number, and you can revert the forwarding at any time.
What happens when a call needs a human?
If the caller says one of your transfer trigger keywords — or if the agent decides a transfer is needed — the call bridges to your fallback phone number with a summary of the conversation.
What language does the agent speak?
Currently English (UK and US accents). More languages are on the roadmap.
Is the free trial really free?

How are overages billed?
Overages on Starter (€0.40/call) and Growth (€0.28/call) are invoiced at the start of the following calendar month. Pro and Agency have no overages.
